I’d encourage anyone considering what to do to start your fitness journey, to start where you are comfortable, and don’t let fear hold you back. I keep showing up for the community, but also because after these last three years, I am still getting stronger. It all goes together, like a well oiled machine. I currently do a mix of online, in-person, nutrition, and run coaching. While the program is now more refined (thank you technology), it’s certainly not easier, I’m just stronger. I wanted to push myself more and more every day. I loved it so much, I transitioned to personal training and then in-person. “I got started with AMP at the heart of the pandemic and found myself craving a good workout from home.
